Development of technology for treatment of wastewater generated in biomass gasifier systems

The objective is to develop low-cost and feasible technology options for treatment of waste water generated during biomass gasifier operation and producer gas clean-up process. Several waste water samples from different gasifier installations would be collected and analysed for characterization of waste water generated in biomass-gasifier-based systems.
Development of cement sector greenhouse gas emission calculation tool for Indian Cement Industry

The objective of the project is to develop a customized cement sector tool for the GHG (greenhouse gas) emissions that could be used by the Indian cement industry. The customized tool is expected to lead to greater acceptability of the tool by the cement plants.
