Concurrent evaluation of Naharkatia-Jaipur-Khonsa Road

The objectives are (1) to examine whether the assumptions made during the project formulation/appraisal are still valid or whether adjustments are required to achieve the overall project objectives; (2) to track the progress of the development activities during implementation; (3) to suggest for corrective actions in case of shortfalls or deviations;(4) to determine systematically and objectively the relevance, efficiency and effectiveness of the development activities and their impact on the intended beneficiary; (5) to come up with the present status of the implementation of the schemes and policy framework in which the schemes were formulated, problems encountered & suggestions that needs to be incorporated for modification.
