Assistance to Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission in scrutiny of Distribution Tariff Petition of Bokaro Steel Plant for the year 2006-07

To assist the Jharkhand Electricity Regulatory Commission in the determination of distribution tariff and issuing the distribution tariff order for SAIL-Bokaro Steel Plant for the year 2006-07.
The petition submitted by Bokaro Steel Plant shall be scrutinized by TERI and queries regarding the data/information gaps will be sent across to the petitioner. On receipt of complete details from the petitioner, the Revenue Requirement for 2006-07 shall be analyzed.
TERI will assist the Commission in Public Hearings of stakeholders and in compilation of objections.
On complete analysis of the petition, TERI will assist the Commission in preparation of the Final Distribution Tariff Order, taking into account the existing tariff regulations of the Commission, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission tariff regulations, Multi-year Tariff principles and relevant state experiences.
