Goa Chief Minister Mr Manohar Parrikar has said that to encourage renewable energy, the state government intended to implement a scheme to grant a refund up to maximum 25 per cent of infrastructure tax paid for buildings which are certified green by TERI. What stole the show was a unique painting competition where the young participants had to paint on white canvas shoes instead of the canvas boards.
