According to Mr Sharif Qamar, Fellow, Transport and Urban Governance Division, TERI, in the absence of safe transit space for cycling, the riders mix with high-speed vehicles. A helmet should be made mandatory for all cyclists. Besides, the enforcement agencies should have all vehicles following traffic guidelines. Road infrastructure should be planned to limit any overspeeding.

A small portion of the e-waste generated in the city is disposed through organised channels while the majority is sold through unorganised channels where the dismantling of the waste exposes the handlers and others to hazardous elements.
