Training of Trainer programme for Franchisee Development

The programe is under the Rajiv Gandhi Garamin Vidhyuti karan Yojana which focuses on improving revenue sustainability and customer satisfaction. The Programme aims to impart training to the trainer/ professional of the utilities so as to develop a strong team of 40-50 professional equipped with necessary knowledge and skills and capable of imparting knowledge to more and more personnel of the utilities and expected future franchisee, so as to meet capacity requirement necessary for franchisee development. The programme is to be conducted under the DRUM project to take advantage of the resource support and established institutional structure available for imparting the programme.
