Project Accounting and Monitoring System (PAMS) for TISS

The overall objective of the system is to automate the process flow of existing Project Accounting and Monitoring System (PAMS) for effective planning, tracking and reporting of projects at TISS. The scope of the system starts from project initiation, which includes activity scheduling, budgeting, grant schedule, project monitoring etc. till project completion. This will allow users to perform their activities, retrieve necessary information on demand and generate effective MIS reports as per their profiles. Dashboards will provide the critical information in graphical formats for quick status reviews and decision-making. Automated notifications, alerts and reminders would keep all the stakeholders informed and involved in process.
