A holistic understanding on the impacts of aerosols and trace gases on clouds and climate

The EUCAARI project investigates the role of aerosol on climate and air quality. One of the tasks in the project relates to aerosol characterisation in developing countries, including India. TERI along with its European twinning partner, FMI, have been selected for carrying out long-term observations and intensive studies on detailed physical, chemical and optical characteristics of atmospheric aerosols.
