Framework for cooperation for the identified MSME clusters and preparation of the project document

The specific objectives of the project preparation support activity are: (1) To prepare cluster-specific reports for all the 12 clusters pre-selected by UNIDO. (2) To prepare a draft GEF Project Document for project implementation covering background and context, current baseline scenario in the selected 12 clusters, barrier analysis, institutional analysis, recommendations on targeted industry clusters covering technologies and best practices, financial analysis, budget analysis, incremental cost analysis, stakeholder participation, implementation arrangements, outcomes, proposed activities, monitoring & verification, promotion & dissemination and risks & sustainability.
