Development of an Indicator for Impact of Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Strategies on Poverty Alleviation

The proposed study aims to develop an Index that measures the impact of climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies on poverty alleviation. The methodology developed in this study will then also be able to provide direction to assessing the impacts of climate change response strategies on other co-benefits. Thus, the Impact Index can serve as a background resource for decision-makers for policy planning & formulation, and for budgetary allocation.
