Development of database of equipment funded under extramural R&D projects

The project will conduct a nation-wide survey of EMR projects, each costing Rs 50 lakhs and above and having items of equipment each costing Rs 10 lakhs and above, approved by Central Government Agencies/Departments during the period 2003-04 to 2007-08; Collect data of equipment pertaining to the EMR projects; Inventorise all items of equipment, and develop a database that catalogues and provides access to all such significant equipment.
