TERI Brings Greater Transparency at Workplace

Shri Ashok Chawla, Chairman, TERI Governing Council, and Dr. Ajay Mathur, Director-General, TERI, addressed colleagues and reiterated their strong emphasis on ensuring that TERI is an organisation where people look forward to come to work every day and deliver their best. "We want to ensure that the workplace concerns of all employees are heard and addressed in a manner that respects them and helps the Institute to develop robust and transparent processes," said Mr. Chawla. In order to facilitate this process, they announced that Dr. Veena Joshi would seek inputs in a confidential manner from colleagues in all TERI locations to identify and prioritise their concerns and suggestions on process improvements within the organisation.
